1. Acceptance of Terms by accessing or purchasing from our party supplies store, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional guidelines and future modifications.

2. Products and Orders:

All products displayed on our website or in-store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased by a single customer or cancel orders without notice if deemed necessary. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

3. Payment Forms:

All payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, cash, or other methods specified at checkout.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery:

We strive to ensure timely delivery of products. However, shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Any delays will be communicated promptly. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and added to your order total.

 

5. Returns and Refunds:

We do not offer returns! Exchanges are welcome on unused and undamaged items within a specified timeframe from the date the item was delivered. Buyer pays for return shipping. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, excluding shipping charges and any restocking fees, if applicable. Personalized, customized and seasonal items are not be eligible for return. Each exchange is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for exchanges your items must be returned within 7-14 business  days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Seasonal, personalized, customized, sales and clearance items are all final sale and not eligible for returns.

Return Process: please contact us at support@party-paradise.com or by phone at 714-650-7586 to initiate you return, be prepared to provide your order details and information. Once approved, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return items are received and inspected.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website or in-store remain the property of our party supplies store. Use of any material without prior authorization is prohibited.

 

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Superior Courts of Los Angeles.
