Shipping Policy

At Party Paradise, we want to make sure that your party supplies are delivered to you in a timely and cost-effective manner. We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit, and our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns! Exchanges are welcome of unused and undamaged items within a specified timeframe from the date the item was delivered. Buyer pays for return shipping. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, excluding shipping charges and any restocking fees, if applicable. Personalized, customized and seasonal items are not be eligible for return. Each exchange is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for exchanges, your items must be returned within 7-14 business days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Seasonal, personalized, customized, sales and clearance items are all final sale and not eligible for returns.

Return Process: please contact us at support@party-paradise.com or by phone at 714-650-7586 to initiate you return, be prepared to provide your order details and information. Once approved, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return items are received and inspected.
